On Friday December 30, 2011 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada at UFC 141 King Kong is fighting the UFC debut of former Strikeforce champ and K-1 world champion Godzilla.

However, the UFC 141 Alistair Overeem vs. Brock Lesnar collision has been dogged by rumors. Daily on the UG there is specualtion that due to medical issues, Lesnar isn’t able to train, and that the December heavyweight collisionwill be canceled.

UFC President Dana White offered a considered assessment of the speculation (2:40 mark).

“It’s bulls—,” White said. “It’s not true. It actually couldn’t be any further from the truth.”

“When I talk to this guy, he’s so healthy and he’s feeling good, that he’s actually quite pleasant to talk to these days. I actually like talking to him on the phone. I can have a conversation with him forever on the phone now.

“It’s like night and day.”
