The main event of UFC 219 featured Cris Cyborg defending her women’s featherweight title against former bantamweight champion Holly Holm.

Holly Holm had as strong a game plan as anyone has ever taken into the cage for a fight against Cris Cyborg.

And it still wasn’t nearly enough.

After two competitive rounds on Saturday at UFC 219, Cyborg pulled away and left no doubt who was the superior fighter. Holm managed to go the distance in Las Vegas, but Cyborg retained her UFC featherweight championship.

The judges’ scores at T-Mobile Arena 49-46, 48-47, and 48-47 in favor of Cyborg.
