Mirko Filipovic has announced via Facebook that he is fighting Anthony Hamilton at at UFC Fight Night 79 on Nov. 28, 2015 at the Olympic Park Gymnastics Arena in Seoul, South Korea. It will mark the UFC debut in Korea. The event will air on UFC Fight Pass.
The booking was unexpected, as Mirko had called for rematches from the Pride days. Instead he got the former MFC heavyweight champion.
Hamilton is 2-2 in the UFC, while Cro Cop is on a three-fight win streak.
Benson Henderson is expected to fight Thiago Alves in the main event.
