Crazy Russian MMA event, in the sand

Volleyball begat Beach Volleyball, and now MMA has spawned a crazy variant, not seen since the days of the ancient Roman gladiators, or at least since Rickson roughed up Hugo Duarte on the Copacabana.

The Strelka Arrows event in St. Petersburg, Russian featured skilled fighters, competing in an arena full of sand.
