Conor offers White and Fertitta $3,000,000 bet on 2nd rd KO win
Dana White: “I can’t even believe I’m going to say this, but, he told Lorenzo and I the other day ‘I’ll bet you $3 million I knock him out in the second round.'”
An exuberant gambler, UFC president Dana White appeared recently on The Jim Rome show, and revealed that he recently turned down a bet. The bet was also extended to ZUFFA CEO and casino mogul Lorenzo Fertitta.
UFC featherweight contender Conor McGregor was making the offer.
“You want to know how confident this kid is?” asked White as transcribed by Dave Doyle for MMAFighting.com. “I can’t even believe I’m going to say this, but, he told Lorenzo and I the other day ‘I’ll bet you $3 million I knock him out in the second round.'”
