Coach: Condit suffered meniscus tear
?Condit went to the hospital with his longtime trainer Mike Winkeljohn, who texted that doctors diagnosed a small meniscus tear and a possibly torn ACL.
In the second round of his fight Saturday night vs. Tyron Woodley, Carlos Condit took a low kick, and then collapsed to the mat holding his other knee. The ref quickly stepped in, and Woodley was awarded the victory.
A short time before, Condit had winced visibly during a takedown, and held his knee, indicating that the injury had occurredpreviously to the kick that eventually stopped it.
