UFC president Dana White’s first office was a closet. Now the company has sold for $4 billion, the largest sale in sport’s history, and they are about to move into new Las Vegas headquarters.

CNN’s Don Riddell gets a special first tour of the UFC’s new corporate campus and the UFC Performance Institute, which are spread across 15 acres. Some 250 employees will move in shortly, and they will be joined by a number of fighters using the performance center.

That was the goal, is to get everything under one roof where we could do everything right here in the office and never have to leave, White told CNN. Scary, but good I guess.

The new facility is an extraordinary departure from the old facility, where the gym was jammed in the basement, Stefan Struve couldn’t stand all the way up in the ring, and some employees ended up working in a closet. Situated off Jones Boulevard and the 215 Beltway in the southwest valley, the 184,000-square-foot property features include:
•Free cutting-edge training technology for all fighters in a facility that accommodate 200 athletes;
•Cryotherapy chamber, hydroworx pool, compression and laser-therapy units;
•Full-sized octagon with high-definition overhead cameras to record workouts and sparring;
•A regulation-sized boxing ring;
•Relaxation rooms, nutrition and rehabilitation centers
•A dining room with nutritious food (no more In-N-Out Burger);
•Media event area.

The plan is for fighters to visit for one to two weeks, and then take what they have learned back to their home gym, elevating the state of the art over time.
