CM Punk: If forced to predict, I’d say win via TKO
CM Punk makes his prediction for Saturday’s UFC fight

Former WWE superstar Phil ‘CM Punk’ Brooks makes his MMA debut on the main card of UFC 203 on Saturday. There is something missing, and it is not just his skills.
CM Punk needs to learn something from pro wrestling.
Seriously.
Muhammad Ali watched pro wrestler Gorgeous George, and was inspired to try his Louisville lip on the mic. He became The Greatest.
Chael Sonnen watched pro wrestler Rick Flair, and talked his way into a UFC title shot or two. And when the second one failed, the man with the biggest arm, with the greatest charm, the man in Chicago who will do harm to the guy three doors down, his next fight was a title shot up a weight division.
Talking like a pro wrestler in combat sports is awesome. It puts asses in seats and money in pockets.
For reasons unknown, CM Punk has been as exciting on the mic as zombo.com.
“I think my aptitude in… what I was really good at is just absorbing everything,” he said to JM Siasat for GMANetwork. “You know, I got three head coaches pretty much. We got a revolving group of people who’ve been helping me with wrestling. And on top of that, you know, I trained with killers and champions, current champions, former champions,” said Punk.
“It’s a lot to take in but I was a sponge. To me that’s what it’s all about. It’s about the journey, you know what I mean? It’s about finding out about different disciplines and learning from everybody from all walks of life. But my mindset I think is probably my biggest tool.”
“I see my hand getting raised and I’m not really one for making predictions.”
“I’m not sure if Conor’s hat would fit on my head. I don’t know if he’s got a large head or a small one but I’m not trying to wear Conor’s hat. I’m not trying to wear anybody else’s hat. I’m just trying to be me, do my thing. I definitely see myself winning and if I had to pick, I’d pick TKO.”
Phil Brooks fights Mickey Gall on the main card of UFC 203 on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.
