thanks for the support peoples.. my hand is indeed pretty damn dead i dont remember hitting the mat but ill take your words for it since this thing is huge and not feeling great:)
all in all james made for a great fight and injury or not he’s a quality fighter thats shown his worth both on and off the ultimate fighter show..
in terms of my training im at a variety of places but own a training centre in mississauga,
focussing more on martial arts but also mma so feel free to check us out and keep supporting the best sport out there. Everyone tonight but thier hearts in the cage and made for great fights.
