Fight week is tough before any UFC event. There are gigantic butterflies to deal with, endless media duties, and a miserable weight cut.
At UFC Fight Night 124, women’s flyweight Jessica-Rose Clark had a ghastly week. Her home in Las Vegas was broken into, and the criminals fatally beat her cat. The fighter posted the terrible news via her social network.

Immediately after defeating Paige VanZant, Rose was asked to reflect on the brutal week.
“It was hard,” she began. “For those who don’t know, my house got robbed and they stole $30 thousand worth of stuff and they killed my cat. So this week, the weight cut, everything was really tough, trying to get that out of my head, and focus on the fight.
“But we did what we needed to do.”
Clark was asked who is next, and she said as she’s #10, there’s 10 possibilities:
Champion : Nicco Montano
1 Sijara Eubanks
2 Lauren Murphy
3 Alexis Davis
4 Roxanne Modafferi
5 Barb Honchak
6 Liz Carmouche
7 Montana De La Rosa
8 Rachael Ostovich
9 Mara Romero Borella
10 Jessica-Rose Clark
After the weekend’s victory, there should be less than 10 ahead of Jessy Jess.
Adding insult to injury, some despicable PVZ fans were despicable.

However, in addition to the win, there is one other potential up here. Reebok has made a dog’s breakfast of UFC apparel. The fighter reached out for help. Do the right thing Reebok.
