Surprise TUF: Live winner Michael Chiesa leads the announcements, as “Maverick” will meet Rafaello Oliveira in a lightweight bout on the night’s undercard. Featherweights Dennis Siver vs. Eddie Yagin and bantamweights Scott Jorgensen vs. John Albert are also official.
UFC on FOX 5 takes place December 8 at the KeyArena in Seattle, WA. A lightweight championship clash pitting Benson Henderson against Nate Diaz headlines the star-studded main card.
The undefeated Chiesa (8-0) ran to the TUF: Live title on a string of upset victories, capping the season with a first-round submission over Al Iaquinta. He’ll now face Oliveira (15-5), who carries a 1-2 record over his last three fights, including a recent decision victory over Yoislandy Izquierdo.
