Charge that Condit accepted rematch knowing test result is refuted

A twitter account associated with the Diaz Brothers made a serious accusation yesterday about Carlos Condit.

I just asked DW and he said Carlos accepted the rematch BEFORE anyone knew about the failed drug test.
