In Episode 8 of the Camp Carwin series, a unique, four year old tradition is revealed. When camp closes, Carwin gets to hang his trainer Trevor Whitman like a heavy bag, and hit him.

This exercise in a different form has long been practiced in New England, but the heavy bag is not the trainer, but rather annoyinbg kids who hang around the gym too long, as shown in the video below from Lauzon MMA.
