28-year old Canadian Olympic gold medalist in two-man bobsledKaillieHumphries posted recently on social networks that she was fighting in the UFC at the TUF Nations Finale.

Several reputable Canadian media outlets reported the news, but the image was just a good natured way of saying she is taking part in a UFC media event.

The Olympian, a UFC fan, will be getting her first taste of fun training,” on April 13 according to a UFC spokesperson, but she is not fighting. She’ll then come to the fight and will likely also attend the weigh-ins. She’s been a huge fan so we’re happy to have her out.”

Judging on appearances, Humphries could certainly try her hand at fighting if she wanted to, but there does not appear to be anywhere on her 160 pound body that would allow a drop to 135.
