Call for Victim Impact Statement in Mask’s death

I just want each of you to know the court date of March 2, 2010, is approaching. Please join the family at 8:30, 700 W. Civic Center Dr, Santa Ana, in front of the court room C-57. We usually meet in front of the D.A.’s office located on the second floor just before our hearing.

For the past year Charles’ Attorney and myself have repeatedly come before the Judge, wanting our case sent to trial. Jeffrey David Kirby, has changed his Attorney several times and has not appeared, at least twice. T

We must make the Judge aware of our feelings, regarding this multiple DUI offender, Jeff Kirby. Kirby has manipulated the court and refuses to own up to what he has done. By his own statements he blames my brother, Charles. He totally ignores the crime scene investigation, which noted Kirby T-boned Lewis not once, but twice. Causing my brother to smash into the light pole and die.
