Cain Velasquez vs. Ben Rothwell

Cain Velasquez found a new opponent for UFC 104 rather quickly.

FanHouse has learned that Velasquez has agreed to face UFC newcomer Ben Rothwell on October 24 in Los Angeles. Velasquez was originally supposed to face Carwin at UFC 104, but as FanHouse reported earlier, Carwin will now be facing Brock Lesnar for the heavyweight title at UFC 106 on November 21.

Rothwell was once supposed to face Chase Gormley at UFC 104. That bout was originally supposed to take place at the ill-fated Affliction Trilogy event on August 1.
