Bellator 145 on Friday night in St. Louis, Missouri, Patricio Freire vs Daniel Straus, and lightweight champion Will Brooks vs. Marcin Held. However, Brooks was involved in a fracas with Patricio and his brother Patricky Freire.

•Will Brooks is a liar. He hit Patricky first and came at me, I went after him too and my first punch landed. We were separated.
•Then he came again, I knocked him down. He tried to take me down, we were separated again and he started calling us cowards.
•He was a man of his word and faced the consequences. Now act like a man and tell the truth.
A source reportedly saw most of the altercation, and reported to BE what happened.
According to the source, Will’s story of being on the phone with his mother is true and that out of nowhere, completely unprovoked, Patricio pushed him hard. The source said that a scuffle broke out soon after. In the scuffle, Patricky jumped in and “cracked Will hard as hell” and then it was an outright melee.
Bellator officials and the police are reportedly investigating the incident.
