BRAVE Combat Federation’s return to Kombat Kingdom has added major fights to its first fight card.
Over a five-day period, the most global MMA organization in the world will put together two huge events, BRAVE CF 71 and BRAVE CF 72, and the first of two shows has a fight card almost set.
Several bouts have been added, with Ramazan Gitinov‘s promotional debut chief among them. The best amateur fighter of all time will face Abderrahman Errachidy in a lightweight bout featured in the main card of BRAVE CF 71, which takes place on June 19.
Gitinov comes into the professional ranks as the most decorated fighter in amateur mixed martial arts. He’s a three-time world champion under IMMAF and put together an unmatched 30-fight win streak before going pro.
A teammate of Gitinov’s, flyweight world title challenger Velimurad Alkhasov (8-1) moves up to bantamweight while he waits for Ali Bagautinov. The sambo world champion faces EFC champion Nicholas Hwende (6-0), an undefeated dangerous fighter from Zimbabwe.
The co-main event of the evening is a huge battle between two of BRAVE CF’s top featherweights. Omar Solomanov (11-2) will look to go 3-0 under BRAVE CF and book a title shot when he meets Ilyar Askhanov (12-4), who’s also in search of his third promotional victory.
The winner of this fight will likely be next for whoever comes on top in the main event of BRAVE CF 72 – which takes place on June 23. The reigning 145-pound world champion Roman Bogatov (13-1) defends his title for the first time against KO machine Nemat Abdrashitov (18-8), and both men will keep a close eye on the BRAVE CF 71 co-main event.
Two of the biggest names in the new generation of Filipino MMA fighters will also be in action. Hailing from Team Dy Incredible, Ruel Panales (4-0) and Kenneth Maningat (3-1) return to BRAVE CF as they take on Maysara Mohammed (6-0-1) and Abdullah Al-Yaqoob (4-0), respectively.
BRAVE CF 71 is the first of two events hosted in Kombat Kingdom, ahead of shows in Colombia (in association with Latin Fighter Championship), and France (in partnership with Hexagone MMA).
The BRAVE CF 71 lineup currently includes:
