Tickets for BKFC 55, starting at £65.71, are now onsale and can be purchased at BKFC.com. BKFC 55 will also be broadcast internationally as part of the BKFC+ subscription for $7.99 per month on the BKFC app – “The Best Value in Combat Sports” – and is sponsored by Bucked Up, Fubo Sports, MIT 45, OnlyFans, Crescent Tools and LIONS NOT SHEEP.
“BKFC is very excited to return to Leeds with this outstanding, international main event,” said David Feldman, president and founder of BKFC. “Danny Christie and Jared Warren are two of the very best bare-knuckle fighters in the world, and this is a true must-see fight.”
“The United Kingdom has become one of BKFC’s strongest regions for bare knuckle fighters and fans and we can’t wait to announce the rest of BKFC 55 to guarantee one of our biggest shows of the year.”
Christie has quickly become one of the United Kingdom’s most popular bare-knuckle fighters, debuting at BKFC 27 with an exciting third-round knockout of Terry Brazier at Wembley Arena. Following that up with a first-round knockout of Darren Godfrey at BKFC Fight Night Newcastle, most recently Christie stopped Anthony Holmes on April 22, 2023 in the main event at Planet Leeds.
The hard-hitting Warren was last in the squared circle rematching Josh Dyer at BKFC 47 on July 14, 2023; unfortunately, the fight between the two warriors was ruled a no-contest in the second stanza due to an illegal blow landed by Dyer.
Fighting at BKFC 32, Warren knocked out Jay Jackson in the second round, kicking off a winning streak which started with a dominant hometown decision over John Michael Escoboza at BKFC Fight Night Tampa 2. Warren also holds first-round knockout victories over Scott O’Shaughnessy (BKFC Fight Night Jackson) Zion Tomlinson Sr. (BKFC 19) and Brian Maxwell (BKFC 8).
Further details for BKFC 55 will be announced shortly.
