The UFC has announced that the great BJ Penn is not done fighting. He will face Dennis Siver at UFC Fight Night 112 on June 25, 2017, at Chesapeake Energy Arena, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Tim Boetsch vs. Johny Hendricks andFelice Herrig vs. Justine Kish will also grace the same card.

Penn, one of just three figures in league history to hold belts in two divisions, is now 38, and diminished in a sport that is accelerating. The Prodigy is 0-4-1 since 2010. However, he has face killers in his last four fights – Nick Diaz, then Rory MacDonald, then Frankie Edgar, then Yair Rodriguez.

Siver is a more appropriate fight. Also 38, the Russian German, is 1-3 with one No Contest his last five. The NC was a decision win over Manny Gamburyan, that was changed when Siver tested positive for hCG. He has not fought since losing a Unanimous Decision to Tatsuya Kawajiri Decision in June of 2015. Siver was scheduled to fight Penn in June of 2016, but withdrew with an injury. This should be a good tough, fight.
