Bisping predicts KO Round 3

UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping and his coach Jason Parillo have both now offered fight outcome predictions for Saturday night with Dan Henderson. Parillo recently said the fight was going to end via left high kick. Bisping fleshed out the prediction.

Dan Henderson is going to get beat into a living pulp, said Bisping, as transcripted by Steven Marrocco for MMAjunkie. I’m going to toy with him for two rounds, I’m going to make him feel old and slow, I’m going to embarrass him, and then in the third round, I’m going to knock him out cold.

The fight is a rematch from their first meeting, which ended in what is widely regarded as the best knockout in UFC history. Fans begged for the fight, although Hendo, 46, is ranked just 13th in the division. Both #2 ranked Chris Weidman, #3 ranked Ronaldo ‘Jacare’ Souza, and #1 ranked Luke Rockhold were not impressed.

Bisping offered a straight forward reply.

If Dana had said ‘Jacare,’ I’d have fought ‘Jacare,'” explained The Count. “If Dana said Weidman, it would have been Weidman. The name they gave me was Dan Henderson. I owe that old bastard one, so let’s do it. I know he’s going to retire soon, so get him before he goes. There’s plenty of plusses.”
