Bisping plans to destroy Silva, demand title shot
“I’m going to destroy this guy. Then after that I’m going to get the people of London to cheer and make some goddamn noise and demand that I get a title shot.”

Michael Bisping fights Anderson Silva on Feb. 27 at UFC Fight Night 83? in London, England, live on UFC Fight Pass. On his The Countdown” radio show on SiriusXM, “The Count” said he plans to destroy Silva, and then demand a title shot.
I’m going to destroy Anderson Silva; I’m telling you right now, Said Bisping, as transcribed by Mike Bohn for MMAjunkie. My camp’s going the best it’s ever been. I’m performing better. Mentally, I’m way better than I’ve ever been, and I’m going to destroy this guy. Then after that I’m going to get the people of London to cheer and make some goddamn noise and demand that I get a title shot.
Bisping, 36, has several times been one fight away from a title shot, but came up short against Dan Henderson, Chael Sonnen and Vitor Belfort. All three were eager users of Performance Enhancing Drugs, a subject that the Englishman is appropriately bitter over.
Bisping also lost to Luke Rockhold, who has never failed a test. But that loss he attributes in part to a head butt.
I do believe that Luke Rockhold is going to be in the building when I fight Anderson Silva. Luke Rockhold and I have some unfinished business. He head-butted me in the first round. That’s what I’m looking for. Will the UFC give it to me? Probably not, but I’m going to try. I’m going to try.
