Just a quick one to say hi to the ug, Dont post very often, but I do have a read from time to time.

Training for my fight with Akiyama has got off to a great start and Im looking forward to the fight.

I got nothing but respect for the jackson camp and all the fighters and coaches.

No i missed 118 unfortunately, I forgot to record it. Its on too late in the UK when Im training.

I actually laugh my ass off at some of the comments those pricks come out with, Im a fan of a good insult, but you got to be original,

I mean ” do you remember what henderson did to you” what the fuck, surely you assholes can do better than that. lol

Gotta go, for now, my eyes are stinging looking at the computer, Im off to the gym to practice some judo throws
