Until someone in MMA dies from PED abuse, no one has suffered more from them than UFC middleweight Michael Bisping. The Count lost to Dan Henderson, who was legally on PEDs. He lost to Wanderlei Silva, who literally ran from a PED test, and was suspended very nearly out of the sport. He lost to Chael Sonnen, who was legally on PEDs, sort of, and was suspended for two years and retired. And he lost to Vitor Belfort who was on PEDs legally, sort of.
UFC middleweight Yoel Romero failed a PED test in January. Then he argued that the drugs were taken inadvertently, when he ingested a tainted supplement. USADA found those circumstances to be extenuating, and suspended Romero for only six months, beginning on the date of the infraction, so he’ll be eligible to fight again on June 11, 2016.
Bisping was not impressed.
The fighter expanded on his thoughts in an exchange with a fan on Twitter.

Division champion Luke Rockhold has a rematch with former titleholder Chris Weidman on June 4 at UFC 199. Seven days later Romero will be eligible to fight. Both Bisping and Romero are lobbying for a shot at the winner.
