Bellator 290 took place at the Kia Forum. The night’s main card aired on CBS following prelims on YouTube.

In the main event, heavyweight champion Ryan Bader (31-7 MMA, 9-2 BMMA) put his title on the line against MMA legend Fedor Emelianenko (40-7 MMA, 4-3 BMMA), who announced his retirement after the contest.
