On February 7th Vitor Belfort was licensed by the NSAC to fight on the condition that he submit himself to random drug testing. It was announced previously that a drug test was admitted to Belfort on November 1st and today it was announced that those results came back negative:

Vitor Belfort passed the first of what is expected to be many random drug tests ahead of his upcoming UFC 184 title challenge against middleweight champion Chris Weidman, MMAFighting.com confirmed with Nevada Athletic Commission (NAC) Executive Director Bob Bennett on Thursday. ESPN first reported the news.

Belfort underwent a random out-of-state blood and urine screening on Nov. 1 at the request of the NAC. His results came back clean for any and all banned substances. The UFC covered testing expenses.
