Belfort licensed, fights Weidman in Dec
UFC middleweight contender Vitor Belfort was granted a conditional license by the Nevada Athletic Commission at a hearing in Las Vegas on Wednesday

UFC middleweight contender Vitor Belfort was granted a provisional license by the Nevada Athletic Commission at a hearing in Las Vegas on Wednesday. There were four conditions to the license:
•He cannot fight until December, effectively giving him an unofficial nine-month suspended for failing a surprise screening in Feb;
•He cannot compete outside of Nevada;
•He is subject to unannounced urine and blood drug testing irrespective of where is in the world.
Voting by the board was unanimous.
As Belfort is licensed, the UFC has announced that he will challenge UFC middleweight champion Chris Weidman in the main event of UFC 181 on December 6th.
Whoever wants to get something has to follow the rules,” said Belfort. “I stick with the truth and I respect your authority. UFC is my authority and you guys are my authority. I want to respect the rules of the sport. Whatever you ask will be done.
