Bec Rawlings last fought Heather Clark at the TUF 20 Finale, a unanimous decision lost. Although no return to the Octagon has been scheduled, Rawlings has kept up her training and today suffered an injury worse than anything she has in the cage:

Rawlings later said on Twitter that the injury was due to a one leggged box jump gone bad. Ouch. But she did get fixed up right away:
