Barnett’s July opponent Mondragon kayoed in Brazil

In July, Brazilian heavyweight Gerônimo Mondragon dos Santos will have the biggest fight of his life against Josh Barnett, in Australia.

But he decided to fight Thiago Big Monster first in Belem, Brazil. Unfortunately for him, Thiago was the better men.

At Amazon Fight which took place last night in Brazil, Mondragon clinched Big Monster, but was taken down with a double leg. Dos Santos managed to get up, but was clipped I with a beautiful punch and got down, being punished in the ground and pound until the stoppage.
