Hardcore MMA fans rejoiced earlier this week to learn the ‘Warmaster’ Josh Barnett had indeed signed a new contract and would be returning to the UFC. Barnett’s contract had expired when the UFC closed the doors on Strikeforce and it had seemed like Barnett wouldn’t come to terms with the UFC. Fortunately for us, he finally did and has a messsage for everyone in the division:
The enemy has returned. I’ve signed w/the @UFC & no heavyweight is safe. They’re all due a lesson in violence from the Warmaster. #ufc #mma
