Duane Bang Ludwig broke his right hand in the first round of his split decision victory over Brit Nick Osipczak at UFC 122 at the Konig Pilsener Arena in Oberhausen, Germany. His previous appearance in the Octagon was at UFC on Versus 1, in March, where he suffered a gruesome broken ankle during his bout with Darren Elkins
