RFA has rapidly developed a reputation as a league where fighters are treated right, and the UFC is not far away. RFA 18 was another great card, but unfortunately featured another broken leg via a hard-checked low kick.

In the opening seconds of the opening round of the opening fight, Adrian Cruz threw a low kick that was aggressively checked by Justin Linn. Cruz’s leg broke, and although in a remarkable show of heart he remained standing and even tried a check of his own with the broken leg, the fight was called off.
