Hello,
My name is Mitch Ciccarelli, featured columnist over at B/R MMA and host of TUF Crap Radio.
Earlier this week I published an article based off a radio show interview I conducted with former Strikeforce ring girl Nicole Craner where she stated that Strikeforce did not pay her during her time working for them.
It was picked up by several different sites, and eventually posted here on the UG news.
However, I made the mistake of not verifying with the second party involved, in this case Strikeforce, to get their side of the story and see if there was any truth to what Nicole was claiming.
According to Mike Afromowitz, Nicole was paid for her job as a Strikeforce ring girl. Please take a look at the new article I’ve posted.
Again, I sincerely apologize to Strikeforce and I assure you this will not happen again.
