Jonathan Shrager recently spoke with UFC commentator and host of ESPN.com’s MMA Live Jon Anik.

“This is as big as it gets,” began Anik. “I was there for Ricky Hatton and Floyd Mayweather in 2007, so I have experienced weigh ins that have a similar feel. I think the closest thing in the UFC that I’ve seen to this was probably Anderson Silva/Chael Sonnen II back at UFC 148 three years ago July of 2102. But of course this was three or four times as many people.

“What a frikin scene. I can’t wait for them to close the Octagon door behind those two. It is going to be bananas.”

People watch a fight because you don’t know what is going to happen. The one thing you can count on tonight – it’s going to be bananas.
