Angela Lee will finally rematch with Mei Yamaguchi at ONE Championship: Unstoppable Dreams on Friday, May 18, 2018 at Singapore Indoor Stadium in Singapore.
Undefeated Angela Lee has a remarkable record of perfectly matching her circumstance with event names. At ONE Championship 42: Ascent to Power, Lee won the ONE atomweight belt, defeating Mei Yamaguchi via unanimous decision in one of the best fights of the year. Yamaguchi fought twice since, and a rematch was scheduled, but Lee withdrew after a terrible car accident in November that she was lucky to survive. Now at ONE Championship: Unstoppable Dreams, the rematch will finally take place.
The fight was announced during a media call on Wednesday, and was first reported by The Straits Times.

‘Unstoppable’ Lee, 21, is now 8-0, and successfully defended her belt twice, stopping Jenny Huang and Istela Nunes both well inside the distance. A Canadian-born American-Singaporean fighter of Chinese and Korean heritage, ‘Ubstoppable’ is truly a champion for the world.
Yamaguchi, 35, is coming off a submission win over Jenny Huang at ONE Championship: Light of a Nation on June 30, 2017 in Yangon, Myanmar.
