As usual, the world of MMA gave the guys plenty to talk about this week, and Cris “Cyborg” Justino and Angela Magana provided some fireworks. Magana has received heat for what some would call “cyber-bullying” Justino via Twitter, but after their most recent skirmish in Las Vegas, it appears the war between these two has just begun.
Erik Apple and TJ De Santis discuss the altercation between Justino and Magana, the possibilities of Magana suing Justino, other UFC fighters weighing on the situation, and the rest of the craziness which ensued at the UFC Athletes Summit in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Plus, Bellator light heavyweight Linton Vassell, who recently extended his winning streak to three fights with a third-round submission of Liam McGeary, joins the show all the way from merry old England. Vassell stunned the MMA world by handing McGeary his first ever loss by submission and, at the same time, set himself up for a championship fight. Linton discusses cementing his opportunity for a shot at the Bellator Light Heavyweight Championship and the upcoming title fight between Ryan Bader and the current champion, Phil Davis. Bader and Davis will square off at Bellator 180 as part of the “Bellator: NYC” pay-per-view in July and Vassell will be sure to take notes on his future opponent.
