ADCC sets date, location, & confirms Hughes/Gracie super fight

After months of negotiations and uncertainties, the Abu Dhabi Combat Championship, classic Jiu-Jitsu No-Gi tournament, hit the hammer and confirmed the main issue for Sao Paulo, on 28, 29 and 30 August. São Paulo was the site of the 2003 ADCC, the first time that the event, created in 1998, came out of Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
ADCC representative and organizer of the event, Eleftherios Magiropoulos spoke exclusively with GRACIEMAG and revealed the change of event venue, originally scheduled for Manaus, state of Amazonas.
Among the confirmed disputes, are the superfights between Andre Galvao and Roberto Cyborg, the current absolute champion, and two collisions sport legends: Renzo Gracie x Matt Hughes and Zé Mario Sperry x Ricardo Liborio.
