Comedian, MMA content producer, youth wrestling coach, UGer, and great dude Adam Hunter has launched an IndieGOGO for his PINNED film project. In a sentence, the comedy is “Bad News Bears” meets “Vision Quest.”
Thanks for taking the time to watch the video for “Pinned”. Wrestling has always been a huge part of my life. It is one of the hardest things that I ever had to endure but has given me a base that has helped me persevere through difficult obstacles and achieve my goals.
Ten years ago, I created the Wrestling Program at Paul Revere Junior High School in Brentwood, CA. In the first year there were less than 10 kids on the team. Today we have built an amazing program with more than 25 wrestlers and have consistently won tournaments and matches throughout the Southern California area. The kids love the sport so much that they wanted to continue in High School. I helped create a High School program at Palisades High School and within a few years they have already won the City Championship and have a thriving program.
I have been acting and performing Stand Up Comedy for fifteen years. I wrote this feature film because it captures the journey of a guy who is down and out but uses the principles that he learned on the wrestling mat as a kid to pick himself back up. He does it by teaching a group of kids the sport and learns a great deal about himself in the process. It’s a Hilarious Journey that is the first feature comedy about a wrestling team out there.

Hunter is a huge MMA fan and writes “Texts From Last Fight” on FOXSports.com. He is the Creator and Host of the popular “MMA Roasted Podcast” on Fox Sports. He also writes and hosts the “MMA Roasted Videos” for the UFC. He was the head writer for the MMA Awards on Fox Sports TV for the last six years. Some of the sketches he wrote such as “All About That Cake” starring Daniel Cormier have gotten over 25 Million Views. He also created and hosted “Kamikaze Comedy” which was a show that was bought by Fuel TV and also hosted “Man Up Stand Up” on MavTV. He performs at colleges and clubs all over the world and has done multiple military tours for our Armed Services in bases throughout Europe, Africa, Southeast Asia and the Mideast as well as here at home.
