4 keys to victory: Stamp Fairtex vs. Alyse Anderson at ONE Fight Night 10
Stamp and Anderson collide at ONE Championship’s historic event on Friday in Colorado and streaming live on Amazon Prime Video.

Stamp Fairtex (9-2) currently occupies the No. 1 spot in the women’s atomweight MMA division. But a hometown hero is coming to take it all at “ONE Fight Night 10: Johnson vs. Moraes III” on Prime Video this Friday, May 5.
ONE makes its debut on U.S. soil that evening, and the Thai superstar will take on American sensation Alyse Anderson (6-2) on the main card – in front of a sold-out crowd at 1STBANK Center in Denver, Colorado.
The stakes are high for both athletes, and here is what each will bring to the ONE circle in search of victory.
1. Stamp’s striking

This might seem obvious, but the fact is that there are few atomweights out there that can match the striking credentials of Stamp.
The former ONE atomweight muay Thai and kickboxing world champion is a lifelong practitioner of “the art of eight limbs,” and she has 64 professional wins across both sports.
If Anderson is going to stand any chance of pulling off a huge upset, she will have to find a way around her opponent’s world-class striking game.
2. Anderson’s grappling

On the flip side, Anderson’s advantage will come in to play if the fight hits the mat.
With submissions in two of her last four fights, “Lil’ Savage’s” grappling improvements under the tutelage of her world-class coaches at American Top Team has been undeniable.
Those gains were most evident in her last promotional appearance against Asha Roka at ONE 157 in May 2022. Anderson survived an early knockdown to turn the tables and score the win via a slick triangle choke submission.
The Michigan native will likely want no part of Stamp’s standup, so fans should look out if she manages to drag the fight to the ground.
3. Stamp is a big-fight veteran

There is an undeniable gap in experience between the two atomweights stars ahead of their bout on May 5.
Alongside her striking experience, Stamp holds a 9-2 record in MMA. All of her 11 professional contests in the all-encompassing sport have taken place under the bright lights of ONE, and her run includes a world title challenge.
In comparison, Anderson is 5-2, with just two fights in the ONE circle.
With a wealth of experience under her belt, Stamp knows how to win on the big stage, and that will undoubtedly play a role when the going gets tough at ONE Fight Night 10.
4. Anderson has home court advantage
Stamp may have the big fight experience, but never underestimate the power of a crowd’s energy.
Fighting on home soil for the first time since stepping up to ONE’s global stage, Anderson will have the support of the predominantly American audience in Colorado.
Defeating Stamp would be the biggest win of the 28-year-old’s career. And if ever she was to turn out a show-stopping performance, it would be this weekend – with her friends and family there to cheer her on.
