2nd, identical suit filed naming different plaintiffs
A second class-action lawsuit against the UFC has been filed. It is identical in every way, with the exception that the plaintiffs are Javi Vazquez and Dennis Hallman.

The same team from BloodyElbow that revealed a class-action lawsuit was about to be filed against UFC parent company ZUFFA, now reveal that a second complaint was filed on Monday. The plaintiffs named this time are Javi Vazquez and Dennis Hallman.
The complaint is reportedly to be identical to the first one with the exception of the plaintiffs, and with the same legal team. It was, like the first one, also filed in California‘s Northern District Court.
Vasquez went 2-3 in the ZUFFA-owned WEC in 2009-2010, and was a one-time UFC fighter in 2011, beating Joe “Daddy” Stevenson, before formally retiring in 2013.
Hallman fought in the UFC at a number of points between 2000-2011. He was released after twice failing to make weight, and continues to fight for other promotions.
It is not yet clear why an identical suit was filed, with little fanfare, naming different plaintiffs, and if still more are in the pipeline.
