Experienced martial artists and people who have spent a significant amount of time training in martial arts know that there are rules, some written while others unwritten, that must be followed. The most common is the rule that states: I will go as hard as you go or I will hit you as hard as you hit me. Another is to be cognizant of the guy you are training with: does he have injuries? Does he have a fight coming up or perhaps a wedding? There is also the understanding that new guys are an anomaly that must be handled with care. A lot of times when a person spars for the first time, no matter the art, there are two options: fast and hard or slow and easy; these young martial artists have yet to master the art of controlled sparring or controlled aggression. Then there is the worst-case-scenario guy.

This is the guy in the gym whom no one, not even the professional athletes who often times teach, wants to spar with. The guys that train with Mr. Worst-case-scenario are the guys that know what they are getting into and know that they are in imminent danger of getting knocked out or injured. Normally, the more experienced guy in the gym is the one that takes on the task of dealing with the aforementioned character but what happens when that guy is not around is otherwise preoccupied?

Well that is exactly what happened in the video below. The crazy guy in the gym is paired up with an unsuspecting partner and well…does what crazy guys do best so check out the ensuing insanity.
