Muay Thai is a martial art and combat sport originating out of Thailand. It is primarily a striking martial art that has also been called the art of eight limbs because of its use of fists, elbows, knees, and last but not least shins. It is widely considered by many to be the most violent and street-effective martial art.

9) Jaipet Black Dragon Swiss vs. Juri Kehl
-Thailand vs Germany 2011
Similar to the previous knockout, number nine on the list is another beautiful elbow. This one being delivered brutally by Juri Kehl as he thrusts forward landing it while closing the distance.

8) Manasak Sittiwat vs. Berneung Topking Boxing
-Thailand vs Challenger Grand Opening 2011
For the second time so far we have Berneung on the list. This time he nearly takes his opponents head off at the end of a three punch combination with an uppercut.

7) Ole Lek Or Piriyapinyo vs. Alexander Tobias
-Thailand vs Challenger Queen’s Cup 2010
When fighting a Thai fighter, you can never let your guard down for even a moment. Just as Tobias finishes throwing a punch, Ole Lek Or Piriyapinyo counters with a head kick from within a distance you might not expect it to come from. But before realizing the kick has even been thrown, Tobias is struck across the head by a shin that sends him falling to the mat.

6) Nonsai Sor Sanyakorn vs. Thiago Teixeira
-Thailand vs Challenger Queen’s Cup 2011
All it ever takes is one solid strike to end a fight. Thiago Teixeira proved that against Nonsai Sor Sanyakorn by landing one solid left hook that completely knocked Nonsai’s consciousness from his body.

5) Sornthong Dennawee vs. Ali Yaakub
-Thailand vs Challenger Grand Opening 2010
You absolutely always have to finish your combinations by bringing your hands back high to defend your head. Ali Yaakub had to remind Sornthong Dennawee of that lesson by landing a head kick in the midst of a wild combination.

4) Nonsai Sor Sanyakorn vs. Enriko Kehl
-Thailand vs Germany 2012
You can watch Enriko calculate and set this strike up as he throws a straight left hand to set a pattern, then throws another that is intended to miss just to disguise the spin that is coming. The elbow connects directly onto the Thai’s jaw so cleanly that it is hard to believe he found a way to stay at all conscious.

3) Armin Pumpanmuang vs. Faizal Ramli
-Thailand vs Asia 2012
I’m not even sure if there can be a switch kick that is quicker or more efficient, especially to the head. Ramli made a massive mistake by dropping his hands as the strikes thrown, allowing it to connect clean to his chin and bringing an end to the fight.

2) Artur Kenf vs. Vahit Arslan
-Thailand vs Germany 2011
It isn’t every day that you see a wheel kick thrown in a Muay Thai competition, which may have been why Kenf didn’t even think to block it as it was being thrown. Kenf managed to stay conscious after the strike landed by only to fall down onto the mat into the fetal position.

1) Berneung Topking Boxing vs. Enriko Kehl
-Thailand vs Europe 2013
The number one knockout comes from two fighters that have already been featured on the list. Enriko is able to pick up the win this time by using a similar setup to what he used in his knockout earlier in the list, but instead of setting it up with a straight left he uses a left elbow instead. This time the spinning elbow that follows lands even better than the last time we saw it, leaving the Thai fighter sprawled out on his back unconscious.
