In Bangkok, things are done a little bit differently than in the United States and in particular, they have a different public transportation system in that they utilize motorbikes, mopeds, or even carts to transport citizens from place to place. In the video below we see two men who are clearly having a difference of opinion and who both, at one time or another, where driving a motorized vehicle in which a helmet was required.

The number one rule when engaging in a physical altercation while participating in any activity that requires one to wear a helmet is this: DO NOT TAKE YOUR HELMET OFF! Under no circumstance is it advisable to remove your helmet when engaging in a physical altercation. As a matter of the fact, if I sense that I am about to be in any sort of danger whatsoever and I find myself in a situation where I am holding a piece of protective head gear I will more than likely be inclined to put it on.
What we see below is the exact opposite of what I would advise someone in a situation as described above and the results. What we witness below defies all explanations or logic and at a certain point you have to ask yourself, what in the hell was that guy thinking?!?
At the beginning of the video we see a man advance forward in what is a threatening gesture that insinuates he is going to hit the other man with his helm; he does not and then, does the unthinkable…proceeds to leisurely toss his helmet aside. That’s right HE TOSSES HIS PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR ASIDE! What follows is the direct consequence of that action…
