The video starts with Mr. Wong hyping the upcoming Combat and Strength show this July at the O2 arena in London, England. Then Mr. Wong demonstrates some of his ‘MMA’ training. He first shows off a double leg to some ground and pound, but is quickly caught in an arm bar and submitted.

Mr. Wong then explains that Bellator MMA will take place the same night before his opponent adjusts to a triangle choke and submits him again. Then another break to tell us all about the big name MMA stars attending before being submitted by yet another arm bar.
