He’s always been in good shape, but now with a steady stream of blockbusters behind of him, Vin Diesel is bigger and buffer than he’s ever been before.
The 46-year-old star of The Fast And The Furious franchise posted a video on Facebook of his combat training sessions with Thai martial artist Tony Ja.
The sessions were to help prepare him for his outing as Dominic Toretto in the seventh Fast And Furious feature.

In the video, Diesel is taught to tumble during fight sequences while Ja shows the actor a series of impressive jumping high kicks.
The video then offers a montage of Diesel’s training, showing steady improvement with a series of small clips and pictures.
The actor is shirtless throughout the videos, showing off his new bulkier physique and six-pack abs.
The video was posted as a thank you to fans for helping the action star reach a milestone on his Facebook page: 50 million likes.
At the end of the video, Diesel wrote the message: ’50 million beautiful multicultural souls… welcome to the family. All love.’
Diesel notes in the video that the training was in preparation of his role in Furious 7, but it might come in handy elsewhere. It is rumoured that the actor may land a role in Marvel’s upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy film. Check out the action below:
