Coming in at number two is another record held by women’s superstar Ronda Rousey. Her original opposing coach on the Ultimate Fighter, Rousey finally faced off against Cat Zingano at UFC 184 who was coming off finishes of Miesha Tate and Amanda Nunes. With Zingano starting off with a flying knee, Rousey countered her and took her down following up with an armbar all within fourteen seconds.
1) Conor McGregor vs Jose Aldo – 00:13
In what felt like an eternity of build up during the round the world press tour, Conor McGregor finally got his crack at UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo at UFC 194. The brash Irishman had unleashed an endless barrage of trash talk to the much quieter champion so expectations were high for this title affair.
The result was a thirteen second KO win for McGregor who backed up all of his words and handed the Brazilian his first loss in ten years.
