Bully Beatdown was an American TV reality series that aired between 2009 and 2012 on MTV. In each episode, show host Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller egged bullies to get in the cage against MMA fighters for an opportunity to win a cool ten grand. The money the bully received depended on their performance in the cage, with any cash that they did not win going to the bully’s victim. If the bully was strong enough to submit or knock out the professional MMA fighter, he/she won five grand. Of course, the main draw of the program was watching bullies get the snot beat out of them in front of a live audience.
Unbeknownst to many MMA trivia buffs, Michelle ‘The Karate Hottie’ Waterson (MMA 13-4, UFC 1-0) was the first and only female fighter to ever appear in the series in an episode that aired on November 10, 2010. Waterson, 30, is currently signed with the UFC. She trains at Jackson-Winkeljohn MMA Academy, one of the premier training camps in the world. The ever so charismatic Mayhem Miller exclaims during the show, The three most important landmarks in the past 50 years: the moon landing, the election of President Obama and tonight’s episode of Bully Beatdown. Why? Two words: female bully!
The bully is Amanda (5’ 7, 122 lbs), a self-described queen with a bad attitude. I’m too much woman for any one person to handle, she says. You get up in my face, I will f**k you up. Boom… I’ve heard of those chick MMA fighters, but none of them have done anything to impress me…So the moral of the story is don’t f**k with the queen, she continues. Keiko is the one who has the bad luck of working with Amanda. Keiko describes her tormenter as a crazy b**ch whose entire life revolves around making hers a living hell. Waterson, who stands at 5’ 4 and weighs 123 pounds, is, of course, called in to take care of Amanda. Waterson warns, Amanda, girl, I’m gonna kick the crazy out of your ass.
In one cage there are two girls with a dash of hostility. It’s the perfect recipe for a Bully Beatdown. Join the live audience to watch Amanda get what is coming to her.
