Rory MacDonald is a former UFC fighter who has recently signed with rival promotion Bellator MMA and is one of the best welterweight fighters in the world. He was one half of probably the greatest MMA fight of all time against ‘Ruthless’ Robbie Lawler at UFC 189 in July of 2015.
In this humorous video from Irish YouTube channel ‘Call Out Productions’ we see Rory himself ‘called out’ by the funny Irishman and the two show each other some moves and exchange some funny banter.
The ‘Irish hard man,’ according to the video description, asked Rory to demonstrate some of his best techniques but they are not quite up to par according to this guy.

One technique that Rory demonstrates is his jab which is one of his best techniques that is often under-utilized in MMA. Rory used his excellent jab to defeat the current UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley in their fight at UFC 174 in June of 2014.
It was one of his greatest career wins as Woodley is clearly a very dangerous, high level opponent who can end the fight at any moment and Rory used that same jab to keep him at bay and rack up points, as well as set up his other strikes.
They also go over the technique of his ‘flick kick’ also known as the question mark kick, which Rory used in his epic title fight against Robbie Lawler.
The ‘Irish hard man’ also shares a hilarious story about the time he beat up Rory’s close friend and training partner Georges St. Pierre then stole his girlfriend, which may or may not be true.
