Some people for example like a Mark Hunt or Dan Henderson benefit from their genetics in their ability to take often inhumane punishment to their face, but for the average joe with average genetics is there anything than can be done to help with the ability to take a punch?
In this edition of fightTIPS international pro Muay Thai fighter and personal fitness trainer, Shane Fazen goes through a series of neck strengthening exercises which will aid you in taking a punch as well as aiding your wrestling and Muay Thai when you’re in positions that put a strain on your neck.
In addition to this Shane also reviews the ‘Neck Flex’ product which is a harness you can attach to one’s head to aid in pulley style exercises for the neck.
