When it comes to your mainstream sports we call them Monday morning quarterbacks, in the realm of academia we call them armchair philosophers, and in the most exciting sport in the world, mixed martial arts, we call them keyboard warriors. These are the people who feel the need to throw in their two cents at every opportunity and, more often than not, have no actual, real life experience in whatever area it is they are commentating on.

For the most part, particularly in regards to our keyboard warriors, these types of people are very knowledgeable, well-spoken, and are able to deliver a well-thought out, concise, appropriate, and even informative commentary on the situation at hand and some even have a bit of training under their belts.

What we witness below is the epitome of one of those guys who is no doubt an avid fan, probably very knowledgeable of our sport, and is clearly an athlete. However; what we witness is what happens when a person who has all of the tangibles except for one tries to partake in a mixed martial arts match. Unfortunately, that missing tangible is actual, real-life experience in mixed martial arts competition.

From the beginning it is clearly evident which participant has actual training experience and an intriguing bit of information is that this gentleman has only been training for around 18 months. When it comes to fighting, or any martial art for that matter, there is a distinct advantage of having physical attributes which can and will have an effect on the outcome of the bout. However; as witness below, there is simply no replacement or substitute for legitimate training.
